Birch Root Beer

Old Fashioned HomeBrew Brand (Birch Root Beer) makes 4 gallons. The older style clear birch beer extract is not available at this time. This will make a darker soda similar to root beer, but with the addition of birch extract, so it will be like a combination of the two styles. Champagne yeast works well for carbonation. You will need Champagne yeast and household sugar as well. Comes with detailed instructions for making smaller amounts at a time.
